Small/medium size dog. It was either white but dirty so light grey or a light grey dog. medium/shaggy hair. Looked like a Terrier mix. |

We saw the dog on the side of the road so we stopped to try and check the tag, however when we attempted to walk up to the dog slowly it ran away. Looked very skittish and afraid of people. |
