Nearly hit the dog on the way into Cowichan Bay. Swerved to miss it. Stopped the car and walked toward him/her and it kept running. Was able to get 10 feet away from him/her but it barked at me. 1.5 hr later saw the dog again in the same area. Still unable to catch him. |

Scared, skittish, panicked. We tried to get close to him but he barked and ran off. Saw him again 1.5 hr later in the same general area and again could not get him. Drove around for awhile and didn’t see him again. Talked to two home owners in the area and nobody knew the dog. |
