Seemed friendly, but wouldn’t let me get close enough or stay still long enough for me to hold onto collar and bring into my workplace so they were safe, seemed frantic and kept running towards the gas station on Shelbourne. I first saw the dog because it crossed the street with oncoming traffic. |
