Roaming Cat: Courser Dr. We need to find his home!

Other sightings:	This cat is constantly at my house, in my house and tormenting my female cat also spraying in my home. It’s howl is the loudest I have ever heard. He Howl’s all-day and most nights, as a shift worker this is not ideal. Any help on where this guy might live would be helpful. I’m not sure what to do
