| Breed, colours, description: | Small border collie like dog.. appeared black and brown. Running around frantically near the pathway between parking lot 10 at UVic and Ring Road. Close to the University club. Couldn’t get him or her to come close enough to grab. Ran into bushes and didn’t see again. |
