Was prancing along the sidewalk, did not appear distressed, but was unaccompanied by a human. Looked like it was out for a little unsupervised Saturday morning stroll! I was driving my car and was unable to stop (due to to flow of traffic). Dog walked down Feltham into Berwick parking lot |
