Skittish, fast. Dog came to me when I called him/her from the car but wasn’t able to grab the collar in time. A few people who were walking tried to help catch dog as I followed in the car for a few blocks from Cadboro Bay/Eastdowne down Eastdowne then Dalhousie, Cadboro Bay and lost sight at Bowker |
