First saw the dog running south on Interurban at Panama flats. Followed dog to Tillicum mall. Tried to secure the dog but it was too skittish. It was hanging out behind Montanas finding bits to eat. Also running around nearby parking lot and trails (between London Drugs and Cineplex). |
