Tags:	No tag but collar(?) is very tattered and frayed.
Breed, colours, description:	Black cat, small, back legs balding/fur pulled out. Green frayed rope/collar with gold metal loop. It seems to have once been a collar. Quite skittish, may be limping and didn’t respond to shaking of treats, but ate them when thrown. Seemed pretty feral and we don’t recognize it as a neighbours cat.
