Bob had been a very illusive stray for years on the hill behind our house. He roams widely right up to Mountain Heights. In the past six months he has been feeding at our house at least twice a day. In recent months he has regularly slept in either a cat basket or cat box on our deck. |

American Bobtail, long hair black & light-brown mottled, matted close to skin, overcoat can look OK when he has time to groom, depending on weather. More pics available. We’ve had quote in place from Sooke Vet Hospital for complete care package & were working toward capturing him when he vanished. |

Bob is not at all aggressive, but very skittish. Marianne can approach him closely when she lies down, pat him around head (he is uncomfortable anywhere else due to matting), and he seems to like taking treats very close to her face off a spoon. But anything unexpected will make him panic and run. |
