| Breed, colours, description: | Wandering at the Thrifty’s Mill Bay shopping Center. This dog was pacing back and forth in the kids playground area on the Mill Bay Road side. Definitely was not with anyone. Medium to large size dog. Black, brown, and lighter brown mix. Short hair, long ears, and looked like it had a grey collar. |
