| Breed, colours, description: | Black – pointed ears and 3 legs. Saw it dart across the cedar hill/ Mackenzie intersection as I was turning left. Pulled over to see if I could bring it over to me to help and get collar info/phone number etc – but it continued running towards the apartment complex nearby. |
